By accessing or using any Defense Nexus Technologies website, platform, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Defense Nexus is available exclusively to U.S. persons operating within or in support of the national security ecosystem. Access is currently limited to approved beta participants; all applicants are individually reviewed and must meet vetting requirements before gaining platform access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@defensenexustech.com if you suspect unauthorized access or any breach of security.

You agree to use Defense Nexus solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable federal, state, and local law. You may not use the platform to transmit classified information outside of authorized channels, harass other users, reverse-engineer any part of the service, or engage in any activity that could harm the platform or its participants.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Defense Nexus platform and corporate website are the exclusive property of Defense Nexus Technologies or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose — no other rights are conveyed.

The Defense Nexus platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Defense Nexus Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Defense Nexus Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform, its users, or national security interests. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately cease.
